The ESPI Global Civic Agent qualification is awarded to all citizens who have completed a training program, which includes courses, technologies, tools, and products. The program is divided into eight specialized sections: research and information gathering, global civic security investigations, intelligence protection, defense and personal safety of popolation, freedom of movement, emergency management, development of United Nations objectives and security, and space of borders and protection.
Global Civic Agents actively collaborate with public, civilian, and private entities in activities and services, including the provision of intelligent products, technologies, and tools necessary and useful to address new challenges and for present and future prospects.
Upon completion of the training program, a certificate of assessment will be issued as an ESPI Global Civic Agent, registered in the European Union.
ESPI Civic Global is inspired by the principles of human rights proclaimed in 1948 by the United Nations and contributes to the development of security, defense, and protection in emergency situations globally.
ESPI Civic Global’s activities are consistently communicated and made known to public and international authorities.
